Supervision

A supervision relationship designed to enable a worker’s development and to facilitate the fulfilment of her / his potential. We offer everything from one-off sessions through to ongoing supervisory relationships.

Our supervision is tailored to the particular requirement of the supervisee in the context of their work. It complements your internal management structure, the emphasis usually on development and support whilst the line-management function remains within the organisation. It can be particularly useful for senior staff and staff who work alone.

Our supervision is solution-focused. We will get the most from a worker – even one whose work is currently poor – by creating a positive relationship, establishing clear goals (which may be demanding and non-negotiable), and emphasising strengths, progress and successes. This approach is powerful in promoting positive change, and in tackling difficult issues as they arise.
