The Zebra Collective is a social enterprise which works to promote its core values of equality, participation and positive communication.

Our principal activities are training, facilitation and capacity building.

Zebra will work with your organisation or community group to help you develop and improve the work that's important to you by:

Providing training that meets your needs
Facilitating team planning or away-days
Helping to write and implement policies
Evaluating projects in a way that enables you to learn from what's worked well

Our core values run through everything we do, so you can expect our work to be inclusive and build on your strengths, progress and successes.

We're an equal pay workers' co-operative, based in Plymouth and working mostly in the South West of England.

Social Accounting and Audit

Social Accounting Network As a business with social aims it's important to us to find out whether we're achieving those aims. So this year, we're doing our first Social Audit by creating social, environmental and economic accounts which will give a broad picture of our progress in all of these areas. For example, we'll be reporting on our fuel use for transport and consulting customers to find out what impact our work has had. We'll also be asking customers whether our values matter to them and whether these were important when choosing Zebra. Once complete, our social accounts will be available for all to see and we'll use them to help us develop and improve.
