Zebra Solutions

Zebra Solutions is an extension of Zebra’s work on solution-focused communication. Solution-focused communication (SFC) is a powerful approach for facilitating change. In SFC, the focus moves away from the problem towards the preferred future, progress already made, strengths and possibilities. The power of this approach has long been evidenced in helping services, community work and schools, but is becoming recognised also in staff / human resource management, coaching and supervision, and organisational development. The ideas, values and skills of solution-focused communication are helpful to anyone who works with people.

Zebra Solutions offers:

Solution-focused Practitioners Groups
