We have found this a relatively smooth transition and, like other organisations, we’re recognising further the potential of this mode of operating. Working online widens our geographical scope from local to global and cuts out travel time and cost.
We know there is added value in getting face-to-face where possible – this shift is simply to greater recognition of how well remote communication can work when face-to-face is not possible, and how this option broadens the scope of possibilities.
